These website terms apply to information published by KUOS ApS. A separate written agreement governs paid services.
Information and preview software
Website material describes a product under development. Verify release notes, artifact availability and suitability before deployment. Preview software is intended for evaluation; software use is governed by the licenses supplied with it.
Commercial agreements
Indicative prices exclude VAT and are not a checkout or binding offer. A quote and accepted agreement specify deliverables, availability, fees, tax, term, renewal, cancellation and support. There is no payment processing on this website.
Consumer rights
Where mandatory consumer law applies, it remains unaffected. Any future digital-content checkout must provide the required pre-contract information and any applicable express consent and acknowledgement before immediate supply affects withdrawal rights.
Responsibility and applicable law
KUOS ApS makes no guarantee that website information is complete or that AI output is correct. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Danish law applies subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules.
