KUOS ApS is the commercial contracting entity. Each distributed component keeps its own license.
KUOS core source
The website package declares Apache-2.0. The reviewed core licensing material also identifies Apache-2.0 for KUOS core; the LICENSE and notices in the exact source checkout or downloaded artifact are authoritative. Do not assume a single license covers the complete Linux distribution.
Third-party components and models
Linux, NixOS, bundled services and model weights retain their respective licenses and notices. Some components are source-available or copyleft. Check the artifact inventory and SBOM before redistribution or offering a managed service.
Services and trademarks
Paid support and commercial deliverables follow a written agreement with KUOS ApS. Open-source permissions do not grant trademark rights, endorsement or permission to present modified builds as official KUOS releases.

Request the relevant source, artifact license notices and component inventory from KUOS ApS at [email protected]. No public source mirror is advertised until its availability is verified.
Original KUOS architecture
KUOS product architecture and design are attributed to Hui Zhang, Ph.D., Founder and Chief Architect. KUOS ApS is the product owner and commercial entity. This attribution does not alter existing source licenses or third-party rights.
